When we track anything suspicious through cameras we communicate with our guards through message services and they respond quickly to all our queries. A few procedures should be implemented to assure message performance and security. The first is an IP reputation filter, which compares email connection requests to a list of known senders. The program blocks the message and disconnects the connection if the sender is deemed to be related to malware or spam. Administrators should also create an IP whitelist and blacklist to guarantee that trusted sources are always granted access while known malicious sources are banned.
